Consistent quality is determined by biodiesel’s compliance with a standard established by the American Society for Testing and Materials, ASTM. ASTM standards are set by an organization composed of technical experts from most major engine manufacturers, petroleum companies and other interested parties.

The ASTM standard for biodiesel is ASTM D 6751. The Imerjent biodiesel production system produces biodiesel that meets or exceeds this specification.
