A Safe and Sustainable Substitute for Petroleum Diesel

Biodiesel is a non-toxic alternative fuel for diesel engines. Biodiesel produces no net CO2 during combustion. Biodiesel is a sustainable and secure substitute for petroleum diesel that can be produced from domestically-sourced raw materials Biodiesel may be used inter-changeably with petroleum diesel, or in any blend ratio.

Biodiesel is sold using a prefix of “B”, followed by a number (e.g. B99). The number represents the content of biodiesel. Fuel sold as B99 means that there is a 99% biodiesel content, with one percent petroleum diesel content. The most common biodiesel blends are B2, B5, B20, B50, and B99.
