IMERJENT COMPLETES MANUFACTURE OF NEW AND INNOVATIVE
AUTOMATED BIODIESEL PRODUCTION SYSTEM
Wilsonville, OR – Imerjent LLC is
pleased to announce the completion of the first automated
biodiesel processing system from its new manufacturing
facility. The firm specializes in manufacturing three
types of self-contained, highly automated biodiesel
processing systems.
“We have produced a standardized system that minimizes
the cost of engineering and local permitting and maximizes
quality control compared to one-off large scale plants,”
said Brian Oatman Senior Vice President of Engineering.
Imerjent systems are permanently mounted inside intermodal
shipping containers, allowing worldwide shipment and
installation. Systems are functionally complete when
they leave the plant, allowing customers to produce
biodiesel within a week of delivery. As a result, local
supplies of raw vegetable oil and rendered used oil
can be converted to biodiesel anywhere in the world,
with the flexibility to grow with local demand for fuel.
Imerjent systems are distinguished by their space efficient
design and waterless process that range in annual capacity
from .5 M, 2.5M to 4 M gallons/yr. Imerjent systems
include installation, commissioning and training.
